Job Description : COO INDONESIA at a high-growth fintech company (crypto) which is built on cutting-edge technology. This is an extremely important role for the company and will contribute to the overall growth and expansion plans they have in place. You will be reporting directly to the CEO. About the Chief Operations Officer Role: As the COO, you will help shape and oversee the systems, processes and people necessary to underpin the business operations and deliver to the forecast revenue, expense budgets and timing. Key Responsibilities: · Be responsible for the commercial strategy and development of the business through marketing, sales, service offering and customer service activities to drive business growth and market share · Actively provide leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company delivers significant and sustainable improvement in the operational efficiency, scalability and performance of all key operations and has the operational control in place to effectively grow the company · Spearhead the industry research trends and create an effective business plan based on commercial opportunities · Lead and develop the team, promote teamwork culture, provide proper guidance and coaching to team members · Direct operational strategy and activity on a nation-wide scale To succeed in this Chief Operations Officer job, you must be proficient in English, have solid experience in deep understanding of financial technology and software development, delivery, project management disciplines. Key Requirements: · Extensive knowledge of the financial technology industry and market is essential · Knowledge of the governance regulation requirements · Successful background in running operations unit to ensure both technical or non-technical processes are delivered to · Experience in mitigating risk and meeting all compliance and legal requirements · Must have proven leadership experience in a similar role
