Job Description : HEAD MARKETING NIGERIA FOR FMCG a Leading Multinational Wine and Spirit Company, is currently looking to hire a strategic, and innovative Marketing Manager who would be responsible for conceptualizing and developing marketing initiatives for the brands both locally and internationally. Responsibilities Develop marketing strategy by studying economic indicators Develop and implement brand strategies and initiatives which contribute to the delivery of business goals. Articulate issues & opportunities to drive growth and profitability Collaborate with brand companies for the development of brand strategies Manage marketing projects and innovation Implement brand performance analysis Manage internal & external stakeholders Become a digital pioneer in the company, identifying relevant new media opportunities to engage consumers Manage leadership teams to be productive Identifying and managing agencies for all the brands Qualifications, Skills & Competencies Minimum of 8 years’ experience in brand management, strategic marketing, Good business and commercial acumen Demonstrable Knowledge and passion for the wine and spirit industry Ability to translate strategy into action Strong Stakeholder management and international presence Strategic marketing and industry experience Strong analytical skills, leveraging data to drive decision-making Demonstrated ability to lead, manage multiple projects ensuring prioritization, planning, and delegate task across internal and external partners Direct experience working in a global company and capability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis Competent in developing accurate and implementable budgets Familiar with financial planning and strategy
