Your new role This exceptional role requires a commercially astute CFO to join the senior executive team and be responsible for the successful leadership and management of the Australian Finance Operations. This position will have direct responsibility for the key functions of Finance, Shared Services and Risk functions ensuring targets and activities are developed, communicated, executed and reviewed to ensure the overall success of the Australian entity. Key to the success of this role will be developing and retaining of talent, improving business operation by way of streamlining processes and the digitalisation of the business rather than adding costs as the business continues to grow. What you'll need to succeed To ensure your success, a track record of managing a s subsidiary of a large multi- national developing strategic financial plans to support and contribute to the growth , influencing key stakeholders to enable effective decision making, systems implementation and the integration of the local operations into a new parent company will be highly regarded.
