Job Description : Divisional Manager Function - TBLA (Tyre/Battery/Lubricants/Accessories) Division Grade - M5/M4 Qualification - Post Graduate/Graduate Exp - 15 to 20 years of relevant experience 1. Sales - Focused on the sale of TBLA products - Prior experience of selling Lubes/Batteries/Tyres etc. - Knowledge on the Market segment - New Market developments - Out of the box thinking for Sales Enhancement - Technical knowledge on the TBLA products - Customer Convincing power - Competitor information on their strategy/schemes/pricing 2. Customer - Customer relations building - Customer data base availability (if have work experience in middle east) - Developing Customer Loyalty - Customer tracking for developing Loyalty 3. Finance - Focused on the Revenue Target - Payment collection ownership - Monthly Payment collection from customers within the given time frame 4. System & Process - Following the company processes in totality - Knowledge of SAP system - Liasoning with the supply chain team 5. Other skills - Working in a Team - Self-Motivated - Microsoft Excel working with spread sheets
