Country Manager

Job Description : COUNTRY MANAGER SOUTH AFRICA Company in the lubricants/grease industry in Dubai is seeking to employ a Country Manager to be based in South Africa. This person will be required to handle the assigned country, business development, operational activities. Maintain relationship with the existing clients, develop new clients, research the markets on product requirements and come up with strategies based on demographics and market need. They will also need to handle a team of sales set targets and monitor achievement. Requirements: · MBA in Sales & Marketing. Technical qualification will be an added advantage. · 10-15 years of hands-on experience in working in Lubricants / Grease industry. · Be fully conversant with the product, specs and market potential and competitors. · Excellent team managing and interpersonal skills. · Strong sales selling skills, technical training on product, interpersonal skills, account management.
