Job Description : Plant head Nigeria pharma 20-25 years experience Ensuring achievement of target output from the production department in terms of meeting prescribed quality standards, at pre-decided optimum costs & within required time frames. Ensuring smooth functioning of the plant by proper co-ordination between the production dept. & maintenance dept. in terms of preventive & corrective maintenance. Ensuring implementation of necessary quality control measures for raw materials, packing materials and finished product by the QC department & proper documentation of the same. Ensuring implementation of suitable in-process controls, document control & checks on GMP/GLP implementation by the QA department. Ensuring proper warehousing, stock management & records thereof of raw materials, packing materials & finished goods by the stores department. Ensuring proper documentation by all documents as per the regulatory/statutory guidelines. Preparing & implementing production schedules.
