Operations Director

Job Description : OPERATIONS DIRECTOR MALAYSIA · Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels. · Oversee the molding operations to meet corporate KOI. · Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints. · Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence. · Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices. · Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to. · Report to leadership team in weekly operations reviews. · Coach and mentor Operations leadership. · Leverage industry practices and apply to internal systems and processes. · Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce. Desired Candidate Profile · Ideally possess a Bachelors Degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training. A Masters or MBA degree is added advantage. · Require 10 and above years of total experience in Mechanical Industry, have scientific Molding knowledge and experience. · Possess RJG certification. · Strong people management experience and managing a large team. · Good written and spoken English. · Good communication skills.
