Multi plant manufacturing operation - Mumbai The Group (About the Group) / The Organization one of the leading Chemical Manufacturing companies - a leader in their field- with presence / sales in India & overseas - Targeting to triple their turnover in the next 5 years - The company is a progressive professionally managed family owned group The Assignment (The Role / Job Description): As the CFO - to handle all facets of Finance, Accounts, MIS, Taxation, Project Management, JVs, PE investments, Investor Relations, ERP etc. - Be one of the anchors for the planned growth - to triple turnover in 5 years The Person (Candidate Details): 1. Age : 48-52 years 2. CA / MBA ( plus LLB / CS preferred) 3. Currently CFO of a 2000+ cr. Manufacturing operation 4. Experience of working Manufacturing organization.- preferably in process industry - Chemicals, Pharma - 5. Costing & Pricing - including for exports 6. M&A / JV 7. Fund raising ( PE / IPO ) 8. Fund management, Banking, Investor relations 9. Hands on experience in ERP 10. Strong Leadership and Organization Skills 11.
