Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO for a reputed Consumer goods company based out of Bangalore. Looking forward to engaging with professionals who have the following skill sets: · 15-20 years of experience post CA qualification, MBA/CS/LLB would be an added advantage but not a precondition. · Strong exposure in Treasury management, Forex, Controllership, Taxation etc · Exposure to fund raising from private equity investors is highly desirable · Strong stakeholder management. · Experience of working in manufacturing sector is a must. · Must be working in a CFO/Deputy CFO role for 2-3 years (current/pervious) Key Responsibilities: · Lead the entire finance function for the organization · Identify opportunities to achieve business growth · Work with investors, maintain Banking relationships · Finalization of accounts and ensuring statutory compliances · Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivables & treasury/Fx teams.
