Job Description : BUSINESS HEAD ASIA PACIFIC OUT OF INDIA Business leader with experience in Sales and Business Developmentarea. Understand the telecom solutions at the technical level and to have the business experienceto share the commercial benefits it will provide to its customers based on his knowledge. Establish relationship with the customer at all levels, representingorganization, foreseeing and preventing possible problems and taking the necessary steps to reduce their effects when problems occur. Successful candidate will be reporting to General Manager-Globaland will work closely with working along with operations, project management teams and will be managing customer requirement. To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication skills, technical knowledge in telecommunications, have a can-do attitude, able to work both with a team and alone, be willing to learn new technologies and lead the team to realize assigned responsibilities. Required Qualifications · Post graduation in Marketing/ Graduate from Computer, Electronics and Communication Engineering departments of reputable universities. · Good command of written and spoken English (second language preferred). · Experience in different Telecom VAS and associated Digital applications/Platforms · At least 10 years of experience in National/international sales in the telecom · Understand the telecom solutions at the technical level and to have the business experience to share and benefit from the commercial benefits it will provide to its customers based on this knowledge. · To have different perspectives to explain the solutions offered to profiles in different positions such as CTO and CFO. · Have the discipline and experience to identify and follow medium / long term sales strategies for a particular region and / or group of customers. · To have the experience of making GMT (go to market) strategy for the relevant region, to decide on the channel structure and to take necessary steps to reach the result.
