Job Description : FACTORY MANAGER GHANA Factory Manager (Beverages) Accra, Greater Accra Region, Ghana Job Description leading beverage, PET Bottles and PET Jars manufacturing company based in West Africa. We are looking for a Factory Manager with a vast experience in Beverage Industry (Preferably who has worked in Africa). Job Specifications: · Person should have a good exposure in high speed Krones Lines for Maintenance/Operation. · Good Communication Skills & Leadership Quality. · Create and Enforce Quality Control Standard Operating Procedures · Create and Implement Machine Maintenance Standard Operating Procedures · Analyse Factory Production Data and Devising Improvement Strategies as Necessary · Create Production Data Reports and Present them to Decision Makers · Hire and Train Factory Staff · Can handle work pressure · Person will be reporting to the GM and Director.
