Job Description : NSM THAILAND A leading FMCG company is looking for a National Sales Manager (x1 vacancy) in Bangkok to responsible for the local business division P&L About the National Sales Manager: As the National Sales Manager- , you will show strong vision business savvy and analytical ability to identify the business challenges, potential of development and competitive local marketplace. The salary offered is competitive with attractive bonus. Key Responsibilities: · Set budgets and ensure proper management & control in the following areas to meet annual budget · Set sales targets in line with budgets and steers implementation in link to activity plans · Ensure ambitious business growth by implementing adequate business plans · Build ownership and commitment among team members, equipped performing organisation and people development plan · Develop strong teamwork through effective communication across departments · Develop a ‘winning culture’ & demonstrating continued improvement in staff engagement To succeed in the National Sales Manager, you will need to have an ability to work effectively and co-operative with other account managers. Key Requirements: · At least 10 years of work history, experience in general manager position or minimum on sales and marketing management or equal level · Strong commercial management experience will be an added advantage · Bachelor degree or above
