Job Description : COUNTRY HEAD VIETNAM In this job, you will be responsible for P&L in Vietnam. About the Country Head (Hanoi) Role: In this role you will be responsible for promoting the business unit in Vietnam. You will also take a lead providing direction to all sales-related activities to your Sales team. Key Responsibilities: · Plot and prioritise the commercial path forward to ensure that targets are met, and revenue growth and profitability are achieved · Build strong relationships with existing distributor partners and also develop new distributor partners who can drive growth in new channels and segments · Recruit and develop a field sales organisation and business in Vietnam to deliver consistent levels of profitable growth · Drive and/or support negotiations in close co-operation with the distributor partners and direct sales teams to secure deals with large, single and multi-location accounts/channels · Ensure that the technical marketing and sales capabilities of the field sales team and distributor partners are the best; value selling with a clearly defined and differentiated proposition, opposed to low cost, is essential and the team must be capable of understanding customers’ needs to provide product and service solutions which add value to the customer · Become an industry influencer, an ambassador of the company in the market and work proactively to influence the development of industry standards and regulations · Coach and manage the disciplined use of best-practice commercial policies, processes and systems, to ensure opportunities are not missed due to lack of focus · Transfer insights into customer and market needs for developing new products and developing - and implementing - go-to-market plans for the successful launch and commercialisation of new product concepts To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to assess growth opportunities and segments in Vietnam and develop a concrete growth plan to drive consistent, profitable double-digit growth. Key Requirements: · Bachelor or master’s degree, likely in Technology / Engineering · At least 10 years in industries and businesses in Vietnam – most likely with a P&L responsibility with proven track record in growing businesses and driving organisational change including 5 years’ experience in leading and managing teams · Fluency in English is a must · Self-driven, self-disciplined, and goal-oriented · Good team management skill
