Procurement Manager

Job Description : Manager Procurement for a leading real estate organization in northern Emirates of UAE. Ideal candidate should have 10+ years' experience as a Procurement Engineer/Specialist in construction/real estate industry along with a degree/diploma in civil engineering. The person will be responsible for · Identifying, evaluating, negotiating& finalization of Contractors / Service providers for all projects. · Working closely with Project Managers and planning engineers to meet deadlines. · Ensuring project engineering coordination between different agencies during execution of project such as contractors, project engineers, etc. within the framework of contractual & specification requirements If you have excellent procurement skills i.e., Contract management, negotiations, value engineering, cost analysis , tendering, then this could be your opportunity to put your career on the fast-track!
