Our Clients Seek to Recruit a Dynamic & Experienced Professional at Leadership Level to be based in Gujarat Responsibilities : Responsible for all Sales & Marketing Globally . The scope of the Position Covers all Product lines Across the Company The Primary Objective of the Role is to Develop & Spearhead the Growth Strategy for the Company in India & work with the Global Organization to both grow Revenues as well as Build future Business Responsible for Market Development includes increasing Sales/Share of existing Offerings to identifying New Product Opportunities leveraging all Categories. Role is responsible for Developing Marketing & Sales Plans for existing offerings & work with the global Marketing& Business Management Team to implement Strategies Manage existing Distribution/Agent Relationships; evaluate existing Partners & Develop recommended Channel/Sales Approach to the variety of Markets being Served. Role will also Carry responsibility to ensure the Performance of the Distributor Partners. Develop and Manage appropriate warehousing & logistics Capabilities to enable & Maximize our Client's Commercial Presence including Developing local Stock Points for Select growth Products as well as building Capability for effective Supply Performance for the local Market Perform Competitive intelligence to Improve understanding of both local & Global Competitors Work with Global Product Management Team to Support Project Analysis related to Potential Products in India or Abroad Qualification/Exp Chemical Engineer& MBA/PGDM ) with 20-25 years’ experience in Managing Business in Specialty /Fine Chemicals ,Bulk Chemical & Performance Chemicals Experience of working with Manufacturing /Organised Trading Organisations Competencies / Skills : Strong Commercial, Marketing & Strategic Acumen Results Orientation - Strive to to improve Outcomes Exceptional Verbal & Written Communication skills Entrepreneurial Orientation with experience in growing Business Strong time Management & Prioritization skills Ability to Solve Practical Problems & Deal with a variety of Changing Situations
