Job Description : FC ZAMBIA 10-15 years experience - Sitting closely with the business, monitoring and reporting on regional financial performance - Engaging with stakeholders to develop the Annual Business Plan and Budgets - Manage commercial contracts and pricing - Develop and maintain systems, procedures and controls - Timely submission of MIS and analysis, presentation thereon for board committee - Develop and implement financial controls for cost saving/ optimisation, efficiency improvement, revenue/margin maximization - Ensure 100% Legal compliance. - Liaise with Auditors, Government agencies, bankers, legal firms for better business relations and timely compliance. - Strategy Planning & Budgeting, Capex Planning. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE - CA certified, with at least 10-15 years of total work experience within finance and accounting. - Experience within the commodities industry is preferred . - Prior regional working experience is advantageous. You are highly familiar with accounting standards and possess a strong control mindset. - You possess excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills and are able to effectively engage with senior stakeholders across the region and in Head Office. - You are driven, a strong negotiator, able to balance effectively across various stakeholders' key agendas, and is also an influencer.
