Regional Supply Chain Manager

Job Description : REGIONAL SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER THAILAND A rapidly expanding chemical company is looking for a talented Regional Supply Chain Manager (x1 vacancy), based in Bangkok, to take on a newly created role. In this job, you will lead a team and be responsible for end to end supply chain operations across region. About the Regional Supply Chain Manager Role: In this business critical role you will lead a supply chain team under regional remit to ensure strategic deployment and smooth operations to support business growth. You will take on a role of business unit head and work closely with commercial, operations and other department head to drive the excellence supply chain planning and operations. The salary range is attractive with allowance and performance bonus. Key Responsibilities: · To lead demand and supply planning for sub-regional and countries level with review to support sales target and business growth, identify any demand fluctuation and supply gap and work with business team for action to fill the gap · To work with local SCM, business teams, and other stakeholders to drive and execute sales and operation planning (S&OP) process within time line and achieve high level of planning accuracy · To Identify cost drivers within supply chain processes, initiate cost saving measures · To lead and manage the customer service team offering order management, sales value added task and planning collaboration per the business unit customer service model · To provide guidance and training to supply chain team to meet compliance and safety level To succeed in this Regional Supply Chain Manager role you will need to have successful track records in End to End Supply Chain from leading manufacturing firm, Petrochemical and food industry background will be advantage. Key Requirements: · 10 years of experience in Supply Chain with strong planning background · Regional experience will be advantage · Strong business acumen with ability to lead, influence , drive and coach · Strong communication skills and excellent in English · Experience in change management · SAP
