About the Factory Manager Role: Due to excellent results, the Factory Manager will play a key role in leading team of operation to meet company objectives. This role offers competitive salary and benefits. Key Responsibilities: · Manage operation schedule and ensure effective utilisation of equipment and personnel. To analyse and set the manpower & budgeting · Manage production planning, material control and production process to achieve on-time delivery · Adjust manpower, machine capacity and tooling availability to meet existing and future demand · Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimising unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards · Working to set staffing resources as well as volumes required to meet demand and to ensure maximum production quality and quantity · Implement and drive continuous improvement activities throughout the plant · Set up processes and systems to create a foundation for long-term improvement · Implement a cross-functional training among sections and departments to create a multifunction team · Improve the communication within sections and departments and make them to work & think as team To succeed in this role, you must have relevant experience in the beverage business. Requirements: · Age 40 years old up. · Bachelor's degree of Engineering or related · At least 10 years' experience in beverage business and five years plus experience at management level, General Manager, Plant Manager or Factory Manager is preferable
