Job Description : BUSINESS HEAD UGANDA 20+ years in agri large global commodity trading company with annual turnover exceeding USD 5 Billion. They have significant presence in major sourcing and selling hubs globally. Uganda business head is expected to have skills in procurement of a basket of agricultural commodities, their supply chain management and local trading. Following attributes are important: 1. Understanding of major sourcing hubs of Africa 2. Understanding of major markets of Africa and terms of trade 3. Relationships with sellers and buyers in Uganda 4. Clarity on processes in logistics, warehousing, shipments, execution 5. Risk Management processes 6. Handling of PnL of large businesses 7. Team Management 8. Recruitment 9. Matrix reporting.
