Compensation Structures 4. Competency mapping 5. Training & Development The Person (Candidate Details): Experience: 1. Age : 42 - 47 yrs 2. MBA HR (Full Time) 3. Overall 20+ years in handling various aspects of Human Resource Management. 4. With in-depth exposure to Talent Management in the areas of Training & Development, OD, and Strategy 5. Experience of working with Senior Stakeholders - MD and Board. 6. Must have handled large workforce. 7. Must have handled large Team. 8. Candidates preferred from Manufacturing background and exposure to the Infrastructure industry. Work Experience: From 20 yrs TO 25 yrs Job Location: Mumbai CTC: 50 Lakhs to 60 Lakhs
