Production Manager

Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER ETHIOPIA leading TMT Bars manufacturing company based at Ethiopia. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for achieving monthly and annual production targets. Responsible for all activities of Melting in induction Furnace for all steel grades. Should be able to Prepare documents related to the processes. Should be able to to maintain quality of all steel grades. Ensure planning & supervision of maintenance activities and proper utilization of available resources during planned downtime. Planning and implementing preventive & breakdown maintenance schedules of machinery improving overall reliability of equipment & system to control down time. Knowledge of shredder production and type of scrap to be fed. Responsible for generating daily, weekly and monthly production reports. Qualification: B.E/ Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Experience: 8-10 years' into production for Steel Melting Shop.
