This is an exciting HOD opportunity available for an experienced individual in the automotive component manufacturing (export) sector. The role requires you to form part of the South African MANCO and play an integral, active role in the success of the company. - Strong manpower management and leadership experience in a matrix structure. - Years of proven financial management experience gained in a manufacturing environment (strong emphasis on the automotive sector) - Knowledge of the automotive industry incentive programmes (APDP and AIS) - SAP knowledge and experience at an advanced level is preferred. - Strong academic profile CA preferred).
