8 yearsJob Description : EXPORT SALES MANAGER TANZANIA Manufacturing_Organization RESPONSIBILITIES • To identify and exploit new sales opportunities in different geography. • To set sales targets and objectives from overall business targets and objectives for the country. • To ensure market penetration of products into competitor's markets. • To coordinate market research activities, gather market information (competitor analysis) and provide comprehensive report. • To utilize the Technical Department where high-level technical expertise is required and to ensure customer complaints are resolved within 24 hours • To develop and grow existing accounts. • To coordinate awareness raising for products through the use of presentations and trainings which are specifically designed for the country. • Advance Degree in Business Administration or any related field. • Minimum 8 years' of working experience in sales management within a Reputable/Multinational FMCG company. • Excellent analytical and communication skill. • Familiar with surrounding Export Markets and tax structure of different countries. • Be mobile and willing to be flexible in terms of travelling.
