Job Description : HEAD MECHANICAL PLANT MAINTENANCE DRC 20+ years experience CANDIDATE MUST BE FROM METAL PROCESSING LIKE COPPER / COBALT / ZINC Worked As Snr Management Role Like GM / AVP / HOD / Department Head Job Description : - Maintenance of Belt Conveyor system, Vibrating screen, Slurry pump, Chemical process pump, geared motor, Filter press, Hydraulic system, EOT Crane, Scrubber, Agitators - Identify & Eliminate repetitive breakdown of equipment - Implement preventive maintenance schedule, Spares planning & maintain inventory of spares & consumables - Maintain specific maintenance cost within budget, Control of manpower cost & reduce overtime hours - Control the spares & consumables cost within budget / as per specific maintenance cost. - Prepare preventative maintenance schedule, Monthly shutdown job planning & execution - Shutdown job planning & implementation, Maintain inventory for spares & consumables - Eliminate repetitive breakdown maintenance - Control the spares & consumables inventory. - MS window, excel, MS project, ERP/SAP/ FEBBO
