15 yearsJob Description : FMCG SALES DIRECTOR UAE well-established and well-reputed rice processor and distributor based in India. As part of their growth in the GCC region, we are recruiting an experienced sales director to join their Dubai team. The sales director will be responsible for building a strong distribution network in the UAE. Candidates should have a proven sales track record in profitable FMCG products distribution across supermarkets and wholesalers. Role Summary · Define and execute annual go-to-market strategies and roadmaps for growing the UAE rice distribution network and own the UAE’s P&L for rice import. · Manage distribution and sales by working closely with distribution partners and their sales force to grow the brand and market share. · Build a high-performance sales organization to increase rice import revenue within the UAE retailers and distributors market. Mandatory Skills & Experience Requirements · 15+ years with 5+ years’ experience in a Head of Sales / sales director position in the GCC having worked with international FMCG brands with a proven track record of success in FMCG distribution and route-to-market strategies. · Distributor network growth and management preferably in the dry pulses, spices or grains sector. · Previous experience in rice distribution / export in dry bulk shipments is an advantage. · Knowledge of rice export from India is an advantage. · UAE driving license is mandatory. Candidate Profile · Currently living in the United Arab Emirates. · Must be able to travel India as required without any visa restrictions. · Fluency in English and Hindi. Education · Bachelor’s degree
