Job Description : Production Beverage Supervisor INDONESIA Requirement ; Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field. At least 5 Years (s) of working experience in the Beverage Manufacture is required for this position. Required Skill(s): Factory Operation, Production Management, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP and All things which are related to Beverage Manufacturing. Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. Willing to be placed in Cibitung or Surabaya. Job Description: Prepare works programs and gain approval from Plant/Factory/Corporate Director Organize and supervise daily operation activities in Production Department Hold regular meetings with direct reports to overcome any technical problems. Increase product knowledge and any possibilities of innovation in productions Motivate and educate the subordinate in the extension scheme with sufficient knowledge of the technical culture.
