Job Description : GM SALES QATAR Key responsibilities include heading all business operations for Paints industry Qatar. Responsible for overall Strategic Business Operations across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Technology and Finance functions 1. Heading overall business operations for entity. 2. Defining clear business direction and vision across all segments of the company including Retail, Institutional 3. Managing a strong team of Sr. Managers, Managers, Asst. Managers, Executives and Officers across functions. Creating a winning culture’ in the team 4. Building alignment across functional teams to achieve operational excellence across logistics, supply chain, technology, network to unlock higher business value 5. Drafting annual budgets and market action plans. Monthly financial reporting to ensure yearly profitability objectives. Managing and controlling deviations 6. Delivering Top line and Bottom line, through robust business model, product pricing, operational efficiencies, credit exposure and effective revenue management. Ensuring minimum profitability numbers/margins for the unit 7. Market Share gain across segments. 8. Strategic Network Acquisition to consolidate presence in market. Building and managing distribution network. Strong network penetration and work on opportunities across all segments. 9. Pioneering initiatives do develop and launch new products relevant to country needs. Ensuring high margins and profitability through innovation, creativity, formulation efficiency and product re-engineering 10. Spearheading multiple projects across sales, marketing and other functions to achieve business objectives and growths 11. Driving primary and secondary Sales and collections. Desired Candidate Profile Post Graduate with MBA 15+ years experience in General Management, Sales and marketing. Paints Experience is a must. Qatar/Middle East sales experience. (GCC driving license holder). A strong track record in senior positions.
