Finance Head

Job Description : FINANCE HEAD INDONESIA An excellent Head of Finance job has just arisen at a multinational FMCG company in Jakarta. In this job, you will be responsible for driving profitability, commercial, and plant activity for the company along with other ad hoc issues. About the Head of Finance Role: This position will be a critical role within the finance division reporting directly to the regional finance and be a strategic business partner to the Country Manager and business line heads in managing the business. Based in Jakarta, this is a great opportunity to join the finance team of a multinational company. Key Responsibilities: · Supports the factory site by analysing, leading and adding high value propositions for improving the performance and profitability · Analyses, reviews and interprets financial reports for factory and support team managers · Confers with non-financial managers on the significance of various financial measures (value added, efficiency, productivity, cost level, broken promises, quality, etc.) · Prepares reports which summarise and forecast plant business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past/present/expected operations · Prepares monthly reports of scrap, productivity analysis, financial results (actual vs. budgeted), year to date financial results, etc. · Utilises spreadsheet software to create reports · Generates budget/forecast, creates annual budget and weekly forecast · Prepares weekly productivity reports per department, daily deliveries and shipments file · Identifies opportunities and risks to improve the business performance · Periodically assesses the impact and return on investments (ROI) made in the factory and highlight actionable areas · Leads and validates standard cost calculations for manufacturing and business · Uses and understands the most relevant KPIs The successful candidate must possess good communication and strong business partnering skills. Key Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or economics · 12 - 15 years of experience with strong exposure to manufacturing finance (plant) · Strong hands-on experience in manufacturing and controlling · Strong communication skills · Leadership skills in managing and coaching a team · Problem solver and excellent interpersonal skills · CPA certifications is a plus
