Production Manager

Job Description : PRODUCTION HEAD UAE/QATAR for a leading Engineering and Construction Company involved in Refinery / Petrochemical / Oil & Gas Projects in Middle East. JOB LOCATION: UAE / QATAR Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10 to 15 years experience in respective position worked in major contracting companies engaged in heavy steel fabrication works related to fabrication of pressure vessels, Tanks, Structural steel, Piping etc. in the Oil & Gas industries like Refineries, Petro Chemical and Hydrocarbon Industries. Responsibilities: Planning and organizing production schedules, assessing project and resource requirements, estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers, ensuring that health and safety regulations are met, determining quality control standards, overseeing production processes, re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary, selecting, ordering and purchasing materials organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment, liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff, supervising the work of junior staff, organising relevant training sessions
