Job Description : CFO UAE FOR FINTECH n international FinTech company, has a requirement for a Chief Financial officer. Our client is a home grown, FinTech unicorn in the Middle East region with an amazing brand and company culture. Since launching, they have consistently grown the business and expanded to new territories. They have amazing technology which is highly regarded in the industry and they have ambition to grow the business further, expanding to new market verticals and broader territories. Job responsibilities: · Financial and company strategy. · Financial statements and reporting. · Adhere to strict regulatory requirements and reporting. · Help assess and evaluate future investment decisions. · Lead the team. Candidate requirements: · Degree qualified. · Relevant financial qualification – CIMA, CMA, CPA, ACCA etc. · Strong experience in a financial leadership positions. · Demonstrable experience of team management. · Experience in FinTech is highly beneficial. · Regional experience is a plus. · Strong personality with extremely strong communication skills.
