Plant Controller

Job Description : PLANT CONTROLLER KSA a global packaging business in search of a Plant Controller in Saudi Arabia. They are looking for someone who will provide financial leadership by managing production and supply chain activities to ensure best in class cost management and working capital controlling process and implementation. Working closely with the Finance Director, this person would build strategic relationships with plant operations and supply chain, to maintain optimal cost structure. He will lead the Finance Controlling team to deliver benchmark results within the business. This role is also responsible for safeguarding company assets and maintaining high level of compliance and controls. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Lead the plant savings process including preparation of annual budgets, costings and monthly forecast updates · Responsible for monthly plant financial results and reports to be presented to top management · Implement Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting (ICOFR) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance in line with the company guidelines · Coordinate with operations and supply chain to deliver breakthrough cost savings ideas · Oversee fixed assets and inventory controlling tasks · Ensure and monitor all Management by Objective (MBO) items related to finance and organization · Support the Finance Director for controlling related tasks during leave, travel or unavailability. KEY QUALIFICATIONS · Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or in any business management related field (CMA and other Finance / Accountancy related qualifications is a plus) · A minimum of 9 years experience within a similar function managing costing and finance control with a mid to large global multinational business · Change agent with ability to influence others to achieve best in class results · Advance knowledge of financial and management accounting · Excellent Communication Skills (Arabic is a plus).
