Responsibilities · Participate in executive decisions alongside Marketing & Sales, Product & Engineering, Technology, Operations, the CEO, and the Board; · Provide strategic financial leadership to the organization in order to achieve its short and long-term growth goals; · Manage accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing & reporting; · Manage budget build, tracking and reporting; · Participate in forecasting and strategic growth plans including M&A and financial modelling; · Act as primary point of contact with external parties (audit firm, bank and lenders) and oversee year-end audit, tax filings and SR&ED claims; · Manage payables, sales commissions, insurance and lease renewals; · Improve financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management · Other duties as needed; Requirements · Minimum of 15 years of related accounting experience; · History of working with a lot of responsibilities and in complex environments; · Team player, highly motivated, organized, detail oriented; · Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize deadlines; · Self-motivated, proactive, responsible; · Bilingual (English and French).
