Finance Controller

Job Description : FINANCIAL CONTROLLER/ FINANCE MANAGER. The Company has got good track record in Oman and have successfully completed various projects with Royal Oman Police, Royal Court Affairs, PDO,ORPIC, LNG,OMRAN etc and other reputed private clients. Desired Candidate: Qualified CA/ICWA/CMA/ACCA with 5years Exp Good Personality with Good English communication skills. The position will be directly reporting to the CEO. Job Profile: Take overall control of the company’s accounting function Responsible for the company’s internal and external financial reporting. Implement internal controls & systems. Ensure that the regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met. Corporate finance: manage company policies regarding capital requirements, debt, taxation, equity, disposals, and acquisitions, as appropriate. Prepare financial plans, Cash flows. Conduct financial audits if required and prepare as and when the management requires. Co-ordinate with the External auditors and Banks and act as a liaison officer.
