Job Description : Head of Energy Location, Doha, Qatar Contract Type – Long term Qualification & Skills; ·Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. · A diploma or Master’s degree in Risk & Insurance Management is a plus. · Professional Certification from the Chartered Insurance Institute is an added advantage. · 13 to 18 years experience in the insurance business with at least 3 years in supervisory level in energy, oil/gas, and petrochemical environment. · Experience in Energy Underwriting and handling large Oil & Gas / Petrochemical Clients. · Proficiency in English Language, MS Office software, Good Communication Skills. ·Strong understanding of basic sales principles, negotiation skills and demonstrate a competitive drive. ·Organize and manage the activities and work of the team of underwriters and subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of underwriting activity is carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner.
