Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER UAE This is for lubricants 10+ years experience · Lead and manage all processing activities within the White oil / Petroleum Jelly Manufacturing areas. · Overall planning, organizing and monitoring day to day production activities · Strong Knowledge of formulation of white oil & petroleum jelly · Sourcing of raw materials for the production and on time requirement · Strong knowledge in pharma grade products · Handling the Production team of supervisors, operators and workers for the day to day production activities · Accruing related certificates and maintaining the standards for a manufacturing of white oil and petroleum jelly products · On time delivery of quality products to the marketing requirements · Accountable for ensuring the manufacturing working environment is conducive to employee health and safety. · Co-ordinate with Engineering and Maintenance, Materials Quality Engineering and procurement daily execution and key business strategies and White oil / Petroleum Jelly manufacturing. Roles and Responsibilities · Plan production schedule to achieve optimum efficiency. · Develop, communicate and manage objective to the team members. · Proactively communicate relevant information and needs to department leads and department personnel. · Reviewing and maintaining monthly stock of additives and Raw materials. · Report of near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by QHSE policy and Manuals. · Provide operation and maintenance management for the field including, support and technical guidance in the maintenance · Prepare and manage ISO documentation related to operation SOPs work instruction formats. · Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) established by the plant Manager/Management · Ensure that health & Safety guidelines are followed; Supervising and Motivating production team single handed; reviewing supervisors and workers performance; identifying training needs etc.
