Engg. 12- 15 years’ experience Should be well experience in Fabrication works, sound estimation in plant piping, tank, pipeline, flowline, offshore hook up works Able to quantify manhours, equipment days for complex jobs erection. Ability to check the vendor quote and cross verify Able to generate manning level for a large project.
