Production Manager

Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER NIGERIA for sanitary products 4) In charge of installation of sanitary pad unit at company new factory location 5) Liaising with Chinese team in moving of sanitary pad unit 6) Planning on new production team. Assisting with recruiting team and final verification of each member 7) Planning for all maintenance parts needed (cutters, spare parts etc.). 8) Managing the production team and quality control team 9) Implementing systems that will bring efficient manufacturing and low wastage levels 10) Maintaining the sanitary pad machine to ensure it is being kept in good working conditions 11) Management of all activities within the production and packing operations of the company. 12) Setup and operate production equipment and set standard operating procedure. 13) Responsible for changeover and maintenance all machine for individually. 14) Monitor and adjust production process or quality and productivity. Qualification: B.E/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Experience 8+ years into production of sanitary pads/baby diapers.
