Job Description : CFO for a PE funded Pharmaceutical Company based out of Mumbai. Looking forward to engaging with Finance professionals with below background: · Qualified Chartered Accountant with15-20 years of experience · Strong hold on financial controls and plant accounting. Must have handled multiple plants · Should have handled Banking relations and multiple stakeholders like Promoters and Investors · Prior experience of working in a PE funded platform in pharmaceuticals/ manufacturing sector would be preferred Key Responsibilities will include · Leading the India portfolio as well as international subsidiary operations · Drive business expansion and growth strategies (both organic and inorganic) · Build and improve Banking Relations for an effective working capital management · End to end Financial Controls ; plant accounting, closing of books, audit, and taxation · Build strong teams
