Finance Head

Job Description : Head of Finance in the downstream Tech-Oil & Gas Industry in Nigeria. Job Summary: The role will be responsible for driving strategies for the company’s fundraising efforts in collaboration with the CEO and oversee the existing Finance, Accounting, Compliance, Business Intelligence, and Human Resources. The role will be responsible for building the Finance function to ensure the organization is developing a scalable approach to long-term planning Location: Lagos. Requirement: • Fundraising experience • Investor contacts and relationship • CFA certification (In progress Min. Level 2) • 15-18+ years of progressive finance experience with experience in the consolidation process, creation of financial valuation models (e.g. discounted cash flow), and preparation of executive presentations. • Strong math, financial and analytical skills including the ability to create complex financial models and efficiently communicate results. • Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills required. • Must be comfortable working in an environment that requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, management of deadlines, and the ability to multitask. • Strong writing and analytical skills, high-level attention to detail. • Ability to effectively communicate and present information: one on one, small groups, executive management, and other employees in the organization. • Able to exercise discretion and keep strictest levels of confidentiality • Start-up experience could be added advantage
