Finance Manager

Job Description : Project Finance Manager for a PE funded Renewable Energy based out of Gurgaon. Looking forward to engaging with Finance professionals with below background: · Qualified CA/Engineer and MBA with 10-15 years of experience · Strong hold on financial modeling, deal structuring. Must have been a part of C&I deals · Should have handled relations with banks, NBFC, credit rating agencies, etc. · Prior experience of working in a renewable platform. Key Responsibilities will include · Support in project financing & fund raising of the C&I projects · Prepare financial model, deal structuring, information memorandums. · Build and maintain relations with banks NBFCs, financial institutions, credit rating agencies. · Manage due diligence exercises, disbursement and TRA management issues · Keeping track of compliance information and term loan applications
