8 yearsJob Description : INSIDE SALES HEAD Location: South Africa Industry: Telecommunication (Value Added Services) Experience: 8+ years of B2B selling experience in a similar or adjacent industry in the Telecommunication industry, a Value Added Services (VAS) provider, Responsibilities: • Prospecting- Prospect to reach targeted industrial customer accounts defined by management • Lead Gen- Develop sales qualified leads • Sales development- Follow ups, setting meetings, managing the sales process • Deal development- Identify customer initiatives, projects, and budget/cost centers that support the sale • Customer interactions and management- Set up meetings and manage follow ups to progress deals. Maintain excellent customer communication and relationships. Requirements: • Experience owning the full sales cycle (prospecting, validating, negotiating, and closing the sale) • Highly motivated with a "hunter spirit" to develop new opportunities and grow business • Demonstrate strong sales achievement (i.e., consistent achievement at or above quota, or a history YoY growth in your target market) • Possess strong business acumen and can articulate the value of a solution to address customers' current and future needs • Experience selling messaging and automation solutions will be added advantage
