Project Manager

Job Description : Project Manager position for plastics injection mould manufacturing MNC. Exp - 15- 20 Yrs Qualification - CIPET, NTTF, GTTC, BE, DME Location - Maxico -To interact with customers regarding the monthly and daily schedule. -Making of Capacity Planning, Production planning and Dispatch Plan on Daily Basis. -Daily PPC with consideration of all WIP items to maintain inventory. -To raise the in-house production plan for customer requirements. -Develop packaging as per customer requirement. Arrange logistics plan. -Material planning based on consumption and forecasting required for feeding customer production line. -Making sure for executing the plan right from resources like raw material, bought out, Consumable & material which mfg in-house. -Planning and execution of Product changeover. -Controlling & disposal of an obsolete material from time to time with proper Documentation. -Continuous Coordination with Production, Purchase, Stores and Suppliers/Vendors for continuous production and Dispatch the material for smooth running of Customer's production line. -Data Collection in case of Failures and analysis for the same for Process stability. -Optimum utilization of resources for Cost Effectiveness.
