Overview • Serving the largest clients on the most impactful projects, for example: ü Oil & Gas: Integrated Energy Strategy for Iraq; Value Chain Optimization for two major GCC NOCs, Restructuring the entire oil and gas sector of a GCC country ü Utilities: Unbundling, restructuring and privatization of a GCC state-owned utility; establishment and operation of the largest renewable energy program in the region ü Resources, Industrialization & Sustainability: Culture change for a major state mining company; strategy development, repurposing and restructuring of a major industrial cluster authority; decarbonization strategy for a global oilfield service company; industrialization and export substitution strategy for a GCC country. Opportunity It is a Principal/Junior Partner-level role in which the areas of expertise are presented as the following: a. Digital in EUR context b. Industrialization/Carbon capture c. Power distribution/downstream d. Chemicals Years of Experience · 12+ years Along the side with previous roles in: · Consulting: Manager, Engagement Manager, Project Leader, Principal/Director (Principal equivalent) Projects that would be relevant • Strategy Development, Business Planning, Performance Enhancement, Financial Modelling, Investment Planning, Cost reduction • Entity set-up, Organization / Operating Model Review, Organization Transformation, M&A/Carve-out/Restructuring, Localization/Privatization
