Job Description : Head - EHS – Chemicals- Western India -Global Organisation Responsibilities : Influencing, Advising & Coaching line Management on Safety requirements related to work. Ensuring Compliance to internal Health and Safety Policies, guidelines, and Other requirements.Imoplement Dupont Safety System Working with line Management, ensure effective & implementation of the internal Work Place Safety standards. Working with line operations, ensure Contractor Safety Management standards throughout the Organisation. Conducting job Hazards Analysis / Risk Assessments to ensure Safe work. Conducting Safety Audits in order ensure the Compliance of Safety Developing, implementing, and Maintaining of employee & Contractor Training Programs. Developing, updating & Managing workplace Safety Procedures, Programs and Policies Qualifications & Exp. Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering & Diploma in Industrial Safety Relevant experience: Wide Exp. and Knowledge of Health and Safety with about 20 years of experience Demonstrable work Exp. in the large Chemical ,Agrochemical Manufacturing Knowledge of Global Safety Standards, Policies & Strategies.Envirnment Laws Ability to drive line Management accountability to safety
