Project Engineering Manager

Job Description : PROJECT ENGINEERING MANAGER NIGERIA multinational corporation and has been in operation for more than 100 years'. They are a market leader in the lightweight construction Industry. In conjunction with their partners and customers, they realise inspiring projects across the globe for a number of different industries and sectors. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Built Project specifications and Projectorganization 1. Analyze supplier offers, involved in the final selection with engineering and purchasing, involved in contract preparation 2. Follow up of the projectrealization:organize daily meetings with suppliers, contractors, and plant team. Be on-site to control the project progress accordingly to the specifications 1. Assist contractors and project team on the various tasks to be performed 2. Monitor tests and startup of equipment to be sure that the project outcome fit with the requirement. Follow up on deviations 3. Steering committee preparation, budget and time schedule follow up, administrative tasks, training, transversal working group and technical assistance The successful candidate will have strong academic qualifications and experience in managing people. He/She must be an open and clear communicator, being able to operate at a high level in a fast paced environment.
