Job Description : CEO INDONESIA An interesting and exciting Chief Executive Officer job opportunity has become available for an experienced leader in the automotive and technology industry that possesses a proven track record in building the company from the ground up. You will be managing the entire business by providing strategic direction that includes responsibility for business plans, strategies, budgets, internal controls and risk management. About the Chief Executive Officer Role: In this business critical role, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the business, which includes actively managing the manufacturing, marketing, retail and after sales components of the business to achieve strong growth. Key Responsibilities: · Set the strategic direction, and lead the development and recommend to the Board key growth strategies and vision for the business that leads to the enhancement of valuation of the business · Develop and implement the business plan and targets, including opex and capex budgets · Provide leadership and direction to the management team, including setting their high-level goals, KPIs and plans, and working with them on attaining such goals by closely monitoring and supporting their operations · Actively seek opportunities to increase the value of the business · Maintain awareness and understanding of the competitive market landscape, growth opportunities and industry developments To succeed in this Chief Executive Officer role, you will need the skills to strategise and execute the business road map effectively. Key Requirements: · Five or more years of experience as CEO or Managing Director · P&L ownership experience including strong finance capabilities · Bachelor's degree required, ideally in business administration, economics or finance. MBA is preferred · 10 or more years’ experience in managing tech retail and/or automotive business · Entrepreneurial mindset and innovative thinker
