10 yearsJob Description : NSM THAILAND An exciting National Sales Manager job (x1 vacancy) has just become available at one of the most respected industrial company based in Bangkok. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, this is a role for a sales leader in their field. About the National Sales Manager Role: In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the broad business development strategy, responsible for the nationwide sales target. You will also take the lead providing direction to all marketing-related activities, including brand management, market research, events management and directory/league table submissions. The salary offered is competitive with company car, bonus and insurance. Key Responsibilities: · Develop the annual key account plan for each industrial key account in the area of responsibility ensuring these plans are aligned with the overall business strategy and strategic partners · Deliver financial performance targets · Support channel sales by sharing best practices, market and channel related insights and coach them to improve their capabilities · Manage customer business reviews to communicate and prove value delivery and reinforce relationships · Manage all revenues and costs associated within the activity to maximise impact on account profitability · Develop and implement a systematic approach and ensuring appropriate risk reviews are undertaken appropriately · Improve and deliver customer experience. Ensure delivery of our promises by seeking continuous improvement and efficiency in all operations making sure the voice of the customer is represented in every decision we make. Drive standardisation of our sales offers in line with our basic customer offer · Ensure that all activities conducted through 3rd parties or intermediaries in responsibility area comply fully with local competition and legalisation · Ensure compliance with country regulations, company Group, Segment and regional policies and standards To succeed in this role, you must have excellent English communication and business presentation skills. Key Requirements: · Strong experience in Sales and Marketing with Engineering background will be advantageous · Master of business administration degree education is preferable · At least 10 years of experiences in managerial level with at least five years B2B sales management experience · Experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders both within and outside the organisation · Experience managing large and complex customers · Track record of delivery of sales targets and performance · Experience/track record/confidence representing the company externally and dealing professionally with large customers · Ability to develop and implement strategic and tactical business plans · Ability to be hands on and drive the business with direct responsibility · Flexibility of thought and action to be able to respond to changing market environments and dynamic business situations · Relevant experience of the local market including relevant legislative and regulatory knowledge
