Head of Energy Strategy

Job Description : HEAD OF ENERGY STRATEGY THAILAND An exciting Head of Strategy job (x1 vacancy) has just become available at one of the most respected renewable energy company based in Bangkok. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a role for a Corporate Strategy Manager who is a leader in their field. About the Head of Strategy Role: In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the mid to long term business development strategy. You will also take the lead of key projects management. The salary range is 150,000-200,000 USD + bonuses + group insurance + provident fund Key Responsibilities: · Devise the company’s growth strategies and strategic execution plan · Perform an end-to-end strategy development and project management during the strategy implementation phase · Drive the execution of the strategy by working closely with the Executive Committee and and other senior management · Optimise core business processes and drive changes across the organisation · Lead team to perform mandated assignments in various aspects of corporate strategy together with related parties, both internal and external · Design the appropriate metrics to track company’s performance and operations towards strategic goals To succeed in this role, you must have superior communication and presentation skills in English and Thai. Key Requirements: · Agility to learn with growth mindset · Skilled at MS Excel and PowerPoint · Exceptional project management skills · Solid references of quantifiable impact and leadership abilities · MBA from top-tier business school highly preferred · Minimum 10 years working experiences · Minimum five years in business strategy or business consultancy job function
