This position reports directly to the CEO. About the VP Finance Role: In this critical role, you will optimise the capital structure of the company. You will be working closely with the CEO and all the head of departments. Key Responsibilities: · Develop all relationship with financial institutions · Coordinate the financing application process · Manage financing facilities for the company including its subsidiaries · Fully involved in monitoring financing covenants To succeed in this VP Finance job, you must proficient in English, have solid experience in technical finance and accounting skills as well as possess excellent financial strategy especially within Financial Services landscape. Key Requirements: · At least 20 years of experience within corporate banking or corporate finance · In-depth understanding of institutional loans · Experience with application process for institutional loans · Agile, dedicated, hands on and result driven personality
