Job Description : PROJECT MANAGER GUINEA AFRICA FOR MINING Project Manager specialising in the Production side of the Mining industry to oversee their site in Guinea. RESPONSIBILITIES · Ensuring compliance with contractual commitments to the client while defending the interests of the company · Defining, implementing, and following-up on the human and material resources necessary for the achievement of the project · Developing, analysing and monitoring the operational reporting of the project, in collaboration with your team and managers · Identifying opportunities for business development and assisting in growing the company further · Ensuring the cost effectiveness of the project PROFILE · 20 years of experience in the hands-on management of established mining projects · Degree qualification in Engineering or similar subject is essential · Background of working in the mining or mining equipment industry, with an excellent working knowledge of the African market · Strong experience of people management and operations · Strong communication skills in spoken and written French and English
